Being that it was sunny and 70 degrees today, we took a quick trip to Magnolia Plantation this afternoon.
The camellias were blooming.
We went for as long a walk as my knee would tolerate, actually finished the garden walk.
Then went to my favorite part, the petting zoo.
And Jason made a new friend.
Deer sez: Human has a flavor.

WOW....70degrees and beautiful flowers....we have 15 degrees and a foot of snow!!! Oh well it is January and i is Indiana. Count your blessings....Pam
Pam - we'll compare notes again in July when here it'll be over 95 degrees with humidity levels in the 50's and a heat index of 110 or more.
Indiana will look awful good about then!
I need to get out there and renew my pass.
I've made the mistake of wearing floral patterned skirts in the petting zoo. The goats tried to eat me.
Joan - I'm wanting to get a year round pass now. I have no excuse, it is only about 4 miles from my house, I could scoot up there a couple times a week to walk. And pet the goats. And the deer. And the bunnies.
Beautiful pic of the camellia
